Richard M. Marx is a graduate of Stanford University and of the University of California Hastings College of the Law. He was admitted to practice in 1977 and has primarily engaged in the practice of family law since 1980. He has served as a Settlement Master and Pro Tem Judge in San Francisco and as a member of Bench/Bar Settlement Panels in Marin County. He is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the San Mateo County Bar Association and the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists. He practices primarily in the counties of San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Santa Clara and Alameda.
Mr. Marx is certified by the State Bar of California Board of
Legal Specialization as a Certified Family Law Specialist. Mr. Marx has the highest possible rating (“av”) from Martindale Hubbell legal directory. Mr. Marx has been named
